About Our Leader

Evans Biney is the founding President of Rapha's World Ministries by the grace of God. He is happily married to Faustina Biney (Faustie). God brought them together March, 1993 and He has blessed their marriage with two wonderful and blessed boys. He had his primary education at Cocoa Research Institute Primary School, Akim Tafo. Evans Biney continued his education at Mfantsipim School, Cape-Coast. After graduating from Mfantsipim School, Evans traveled to England in transition to the United State of America.

In the United State of America, Evans Biney attended Richland College, and later transferred to a four-year college-Southern Methodist University, Dallas. After graduating from SMU, he went on to read theology at Perkins School of Theology, Southern Methodist University. In the year 2007, Evans Biney obtained his master's degree from the same school.

Evans Biney is called genuinely by God to raise the children of God who will be committed to the word of God and intercession for the restoration of lives, families, and homes. He has been used by God to minister in conferences, seminars, and churches.
